Role Overview As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient clinic workflows. What You Will Do Greet patients and manage face-to-face check-in and check-out processes. Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections. Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures. Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center when needed. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and interruptions effectively. Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, visitors, and staff. Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems. Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with a clinic environment. Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
