Our shifts offer a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and employees on nights work from 4:30 pm- 3:00 am. Depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.  Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to: Inspect tooling and load into machine Determine work holding if not specified Touch off tooling Pick-up work offsets Run part though and make adjustments as needed Understanding of Feeds and Speeds ability to adjust if needed Basic program editing skills Blueprint Reading Use of inspection equipment Familiarity with Okuma, Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers Work with little to no supervision Our company is proud to offer competitive benefits!
