Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher role located in Huntsville, AL. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons across core subjects, aligned with established curriculum standards and school guidelines. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans, teaching engaging classes, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom management, and providing individualized support to help students succeed. The role involves communicating regularly with families and colleagues, participating in staff meetings and professional development, and contributing to school events and initiatives. The teacher will foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and positive behavior. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Elementary Education and Teaching to effectively instruct and support young learners. Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Education to design, adapt, and implement standards-based lesson plans. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, families, and colleagues. Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field; appropriate state teaching certification or eligibility preferred. Experience working with elementary-age students in a classroom or similar educational setting. Ability to manage classrooms effectively, differentiate instruction, and use varied teaching methods to reach diverse learners. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate as part of a school-wide instructional team.
