Associate, Operations Utility

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The purpose of this job is to keep the warehouse clean and in orderly condition. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Performs general housekeeping as directed. Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, and/or scrubbing. Supports and follows all Loss Prevention and Safety policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives. Performs monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned. leans and maintains floor scrubber equipment to ensure proper operation. Works with Tennant and Maintenance regarding operational issues with the equipment. Maintains accurate inventory of propane used for floor scrubbers and communicates replenishment needs, as necessary. Assists with Case Seal operations on high-volume days or as needed based on business demands. Maintains flexibility with work hours and shift assignments during Safety Week, including working additional hours and supporting various shifts as needed. Cleans exterior lower-level windows on the west and north sides of the building. Daily computer usage. Daily motorized cart usage. There are minimal health hazards due to working on or around a forklift. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
