Description Dynamic, well-established property management company seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused full-time administrative assistant. The administrative assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the corporation. You will play a key role in operational efficiency, administrative support, and customer service. Responsibilities Filing Scanning Computer data entry Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite • specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel. Data entry Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience. Must exemplify good telephone skills, customer service skills, and be well organized.
