Store Manager (Br/Gas)

Job Description Provides supervision to staff while overseeing the operations of a branch store with gas to include financial, sales promotion, personnel, inventory management and training responsibilities. Environmental regulations are stringent.As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards. Job Grade 4 Job Tier 1 Career Area Retail Operations Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications Three years of retail management experience within the last five years. Or Bachelor's degree and one year of retail management experience within the last five years. Additional Qualifications/Requirements (FY 2027) PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary. Salary Minimum $54,533.00 Major Duties Supervision of staff. Inventory management. Financial management and expense control. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Staff development and mentoring. Performs other duties as assigned.
