Staff Accountant

Our client a leading real estate company is seeking a Commercial Accountant to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for the accounting for 8-12 commercial properties. Responsibilities include: preparing financial statements, GL analysis, reconciliations, reviewing Accounts payable and cash flow, reviewing leases, and working closely with the property managers and internal staff. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ year of accounting experience Strong Excel skills at the intermediate level Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office. Great WLB 40-45 hour work week Compensation: up to 75k.
