ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a teammate to be recruited in the Individual Banking Unit under the Ankara Branch. You will have below responsibilities for this position: Ensuring the satisfaction and continuity of existing customers, Representing the bank appropriately and professionally, Fulfilling duties in accordance with applicable legislation and the bank’s internal policies and regulations, Conducting customer visits in line with the target customer segment and the bank’s marketing and sales strategies, Evaluating potential customers in accordance with the bank’s customer acceptance and working criteria, Acquiring new customers through market research, customer analysis and benchmarking, Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, Contributing to the achievement of individual and team marketing and sales targets. To fit this position, you need to have the below qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent fields, Open to both recent graduates and candidates with prior experience in individual and/or SME banking and marketing, Strong interest in developing a career in individual, SME banking and marketing, Solution and target-oriented approach with strong persuasive communication skills, Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese is strong plus, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Prone to teamwork and collaboration.
