Learning & Development ManagerRole Description We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, performance, and organizational growth. The role involves assessing learning needs, designing training programs, developing learning strategies, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will collaborate with business leaders and internal teams to identify capability gaps, support career development, promote continuous learning, and build a strong learning culture. Strong communication, leadership, creativity, and a passion for developing people are essential. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Strong understanding of learning and development principles and talent development practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to assess learning needs and develop effective training solutions. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training outcomes. Creative, adaptable, proactive, and highly committed to employee development.
