Job Summary Customer Service Associate opportunity available with a growing local retail organization in Germantown, TN, with additional location opportunities in Lakeland and Millington. Key Responsibilities Greet customers, build rapport, and deliver an excellent customer service experience at the retail location. Oversee customer interactions to ensure service standards are met and customer relationships are strengthened. Promote and upsell products and services to help increase overall sales and profitability. Support community connection efforts by representing the location in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere. Compensation And Benefits Pay: $16 per hour. Direct hire opportunity. Insurance benefits provided. Paid vacation and sick time provided. Bonus incentive opportunities based on performance. Quarterly team-building outings to Memphis-area hot spots. Store operates Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Must be flexible and available to work weekend days. Must be able to work several 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shifts, weekend availability, and early shifts as needed.
