Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position may offer a hybrid option Summary The Data Analyst serves as the primary technical resource for grant-related data management, evaluation, dashboard development, performance reporting, and data quality across active grants. The role is responsible for extracting, reconciling, and validating data from electronic health record and operational systems, developing dashboards and performance reports, documenting data definitions and validation rules, monitoring grant outcomes and fidelity measures, supporting required SAMHSA reporting, and providing actionable insights to guide implementation and quality improvement efforts. Working closely with the Program Director, Quality Evaluator, implementation teams, and operational leaders, the Data Analyst will help support compliance with federal grant requirements while advancing system-wide suicide prevention and substance use disorder initiatives through data-driven decision making, outcome evaluation, and continuous performance improvement. Responsibilities Develops and implements tools for data collection, analysis, reporting and presentation. Works collaboratively with colleagues and business customers to develop and track performance metrics, including quality and cost savings. Performs routine and ad-hoc reporting to evaluate performance and to identify opportunities for process improvements. Provides support with implementing system analysis, updates, and changes. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements Associate's degree in related field. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field. 3 years of data analysis work experience.. Employees are our number one asset.
