# Archivist - Mandarin is Required

Establishing, managing, classifying, indexing and retrieving historical records and files related to the lines of business in the firm. Responsible for developing tools and software to this end and also for managing outsourced archives. Record management, relationship management, supervision and training. 1-3 years of experience as an archivist/record management specialist, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science/Archives and Records Management/Public Administration/other relevant field. Mandarin Chinese is required due to the nature of the position Experience in financial institutions is a plus. Major International Bank is seeking an Archivist.
