Position Overview At 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Honolulu, our Truck Team Members work in a dynamic, outdoor environment delivering exceptional customer service across Oahu. In this role, you will partner with fellow team members to drive company vehicles, assist clients with junk removal services, and deliver high-quality customer experiences. Your Career Path: Truck Team Member / Specialist – Master customer service, sales, and route operations. Certified Sales Lead – Take ownership of on-site estimates and team revenue goals. Operations Lead / Senior Sales – Manage daily routes, coach teammates, and lead field operations ($25–$28/hr average!). General Manager / Director of Operations – Oversee entire branch locations and business units! Environmentally Responsible: Sort items for recycling, donation, and waste reduction to support our island community. Qualifications & Requirements Age Requirement: 21+ years old (insurance requirement). Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record (past 3 years) and comfortable driving commercial box trucks. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Great Attitude: Outgoing, dependable, customer-focused, and eager to learn. No Junk Removal Experience Required!
