# Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Engineer

Technical Environment Application Technologies Java 21 JSP Angular React Oracle Database PL/SQL Data & Integration ETL Processes Perl Scripting Python SQL Development Data Analysis and Troubleshooting Reporting Platforms BIRT Reporting Eagle Investment Accounting Platform Tools & Infrastructure Windsurf IDE / Development Environment Oracle RAC HashiCorp Vault Monitoring and Alerting Platforms Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 4-8 years of application support, production services, or software support experience. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Experience supporting Java applications in a production environment. Strong Oracle database and SQL skills. Ability to review application code and implement small to medium-sized fixes. Experience working with incident management, monitoring, and operational support processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Financial services, asset management, investment accounting, or securities industry experience. Experience with Eagle investment accounting platform. Knowledge of equities, fixed income, holdings, tax lots, custody data, and investment reporting. Experience with Perl, Python, and ETL technologies. Experience supporting reporting applications and client-facing reporting platforms. Exposure to Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
