Building Materials Professional – Executive Recruiter Location: Bedford, NH — On-Site Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Turn Your Industry Experience Into a New Career. You already know the building materials industry: the products, companies, customers, challenges, and people. Now, you can turn that knowledge into a rewarding career in executive recruiting. SnapDragon Associates is looking for building materials professionals who want to use their industry experience and relationships in a new way. Previous recruiting experience is not required. We can teach you how to recruit. What is much harder to teach is the industry knowledge and credibility you have spent years developing. The Opportunity As an Executive Recruiter, you will build relationships with companies and professionals throughout North America. You will help organizations hire high-impact talent while guiding candidates through important career decisions. You will: Develop relationships with executives and industry leaders Recruit passive, high-performing candidates Partner with clients on critical hiring needs Interview and evaluate candidates Manage searches from kickoff through accepted offer Develop new business within your specialized market Build and own a niche within the building materials industry Who We Want to Meet We are looking for professionals with experience in building materials, manufacturing, distribution, or construction products. Your background may include: Sales or Business Development Branch or General Management Operations or Manufacturing Territory or Regional Leadership Dealer and Distributor Relationships Kitchen and Bath, Millwork, Windows and Doors, Roofing, Flooring, Lumber, Commercial Openings, or related products You should be competitive, persistent, curious, relationship-driven, and comfortable having business conversations with industry leaders.
