Dental Sales Representative

📢 WE ARE HIRING: INTERNATIONAL PATIENT SALES CONSULTANT (DENTAL TOURISM) Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) Location: Istanbul, Türkiye We are looking for a motivated and results-driven International Patient Sales Consultant to join our growing dental tourism team. This is a sales-focused position, where your primary responsibility will be converting international patient inquiries into confirmed treatment bookings. Key Responsibilities Convert international patient inquiries into confirmed treatment bookings. Communicate with patients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls. Explain treatment plans, pricing, and dental procedures clearly and professionally. Follow up with leads and build trust throughout the patient journey. Coordinate with dentists and the operations team to organize appointments and treatment plans. Maintain accurate CRM records. Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent patient service. Qualifications Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in dental tourism, international patient consultancy, or international sales is required. Experience in dental tourism will be given priority. Good knowledge of common dental treatments such as implants, zirconia crowns, veneers, Hollywood Smile, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Experience with CRM software is an advantage. Additional foreign languages are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Important Information Full-time, on-site position in Istanbul. This is primarily a SALES role, not a receptionist or customer support position. Relevant experience and dental treatment knowledge are more important than academic background. Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses. Turkish proficiency is an advantage for foreign applicants.
