We are looking for a strategic and people-oriented Global People & Culture Manager to lead the development and execution of our People & Culture strategy. This role will drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee experience, and HR transformation initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities. Experience working in multinational organizations. Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and management skills. Advanced English proficiency. JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes. Drive organizational development and change management initiatives. Design and implement employee engagement and employee experience programs. Manage compensation, benefits, and performance review processes. Establish and monitor global HR policies, standards, and best practices. Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
