Your day-to-day responsibilities • Respond to routine customer questions by phone, email, or the approved service channel. • Update customer records, requests, order or service details, and follow-up dates accurately. • Resolve common issues using approved procedures and escalate exceptions with context. • Coordinate with operations, billing, scheduling, or account colleagues when an answer crosses teams. • Identify repeated questions and help improve templates, FAQs, or internal guidance. Experience can be transferable Retail, restaurants, hospitality, healthcare service, reception, call centers, campus work, or community-facing roles can all build strong customer habits. We are looking for clear communication, patience, basic computer confidence, and the ability to stay accurate during a busy day. Work pattern and growth This Customer Service Associate role is full-time and on site, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
