Location: Umraniye, İstanbul Job Description As a Retail Field & Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and field performance data, coordinating closely with both office-based and field teams, and transforming raw data from multiple sources into meaningful and actionable insights. The role combines data analysis, reporting, field operations, performance tracking, and AI-supported automation. You will play an important role in ensuring that field activities, sales performance, incentive processes, and operational plans are monitored effectively and presented clearly to relevant stakeholders. Requirements Maximum 2 years of professional work experience. Awareness and practical interest in AI-supported reporting and data analysis. Strong willingness to learn, develop, and continuously improve. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large datasets and transform raw data into clear and meaningful insights. A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
