# USA Market - Senior Tele-Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Tele-Sales Representative to join our USA Market Team within the International Patient Services Department. Job Description Manage communication with patients from the USA market and introduce Medipol’s healthcare services. Follow up on patient inquiries and guide them throughout their healthcare journey. Conduct sales calls, understand patient needs, and convert inquiries into successful treatments. Manage patient communication and sales processes through Bitrix24 CRM . Prepare personalized treatment plans and price quotations in coordination with doctors and medical teams. Build strong relationships with international patients and ensure a high-quality patient experience. Follow up with patients from the first contact until the completion of their treatment process. Requirements Fluency in English is required. Experience working with the USA market is highly preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in medical tourism, healthcare sales, or tele-sales . Previous experience in international patient services is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Experience with CRM systems (preferably Bitrix24). Proficiency in MS Office programs. Ability to build professional relationships with patients. Energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented personality. Location & Working Model 📍 Medipol Mega University Hospital – Bağcılar, Istanbul Working Model: On-site with hybrid working opportunities (depending on department schedule). Working Hours 🌙 USA Market Shift: Monday
• Thursday: 22:00
• 07:00 (in office) Friday / Saturday (1 week working / 1 week off) 10:00
• 19:00 or 12:00
