Software Development Specialist

The Software Development Specialist is responsible for the following: Provide technical expertise to set the technical direction and manage issues, integration and technical service levels for a group of technologies including mainly Java and JEE Define and design technical requirements and solution to support business requirements Participate in detailed design and code reviews, help troubleshoot code issues, review system performance and consumption issues Review test plans and provide technical guidance and support to others Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience designing and developing large-scale, complex, enterprise systems Minimum 3 years designing and developing REST/JSON web services Minimum 3 years experience using common Java frameworks such as Spring, CXF, Log4j, JUnit, or Guice Direct hands on experience with Git, Maven, and Gradle Bachelors Degree US Citizen or Green Card Holder (must have lived in US 3 of the past 5 years) Accenture is a federal contractor, an EEO and Affirmative Action Employer of Females/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
