Lead Java developer

Job Description: Must demonstrate a strong appreciation of programming and computer science principles and patterns in general. Strong in Java / has worked in an Oracle environment 6+ years of hands on coding experience Very strong communicator and team player A plus: Java Spring, JEE, Struts, Agile, Messaging, Orchestration, Services (SOAP/REST), SOA governance, SSO (Single Sign on) Experience writing code against large data sets: 10TB plus. Working on the challenges associated with high volume systems Additional Skillset: Lead and mentor some of the talented senior engineers. Design patterns for performance improvements Hashmaps and collections Multi-threading and synchronization Specific examples of previous work improving performance of large Java applications Database connections and resource leaks Profiling and static code analysis tools experience Design for high volume systems with asynchronous messaging Experience refactoring of code to introduce design patterns Classloader types All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
