Project Description The project focuses on the analysis and optimization of the existing in-house application, with emphasis on database performance, data flows, system efficiency, scalability, and backend data processing. As a Senior SQL Developer, you support application analysis, database optimization, SQL development, and backend/data-processing activities, contributing to improved application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing in-house application, including data flows, system architecture, database structures, business logic, and integration points. Provide technical recommendations, suggestions, and feedback to the Solution Architect based on application and database analysis. Review and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database models to improve application performance and reduce response times. Analyze database fields, tables, relationships, and business logic to identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. Design, develop, and implement efficient SQL queries and database operations to ensure faster data retrieval and improved front-end performance. Analyze existing data flows and backend processes to identify inefficiencies and propose appropriate technical improvements. Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and stakeholders to improve application scalability, maintainability, and overall system efficiency. Use strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python for complex queries, database operations, data processing, automation, and backend development. Support the analysis and integration of Java-based components by applying working knowledge of Java and understanding existing Java-based functionality and integrations.
