Internship Opportunities with BAYADA Home Health Care   Schedule: Part-Time | 25–30 hours per weekPay: $12.00–$15.00 per hourSetting: In-Person Make an Impact in Home Care Are you a college student or early-career professional interested in gaining hands-on experience in healthcare administration, operations, recruiting, and staffing? BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Healthcare Administration Intern to support our Pediatric Skilled Nursing office, which provides in-home nursing services to both pediatric and adult clients. This internship offers the opportunity to learn how a home care office operates behind the scenes while working alongside a collaborative team focused on ensuring our clients and families receive the care and support they need. What You'll Do As an intern, you will provide administrative and operational support to the office team while gaining exposure to multiple areas of home care operations. Responsibilities may include: Answer incoming office phone calls and route calls and messages appropriately Assist with routine communication with field employees, clients, and families Support general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document organization Assist with data entry and maintenance of internal office trackers Help review and organize employee credentialing information within Statewise Support recruiting and onboarding administrative activities as appropriate Assist with open-shift communication and staffing-related administrative work under Client Services Manager (CSM) direction Provide office support during meetings, periods of high call volume, and other times when the CSM team needs uninterrupted time to focus on staffing and client needs Assist with additional projects and office initiatives based on business needs What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
