This role partners closely with employees, people leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams to support employee relations, workforce administration, HR operations, compliance, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.&nbsp; The HRG serves as a trusted resource by&nbsp;providing&nbsp;policy guidance, supporting employee relations activities, administering workforce transactions,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;HR data integrity, and helping execute HR programs that support business&nbsp;objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.&nbsp; You Will&nbsp; Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and leaders&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;HR-related questions, policies, and workplace concerns.&nbsp; Conduct employee relations intake meetings and support investigations, documentation, fact-finding, and case management activities.&nbsp; Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on employee relations matters, corrective actions, attendance administration, and workforce initiatives.&nbsp; Support attendance administration, reporting, audits, and workforce transaction processing.&nbsp; Process Change of Status (COS) transactions, employee transfers, shift changes, department moves, and organizational updates.&nbsp; Create and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;job descriptions, position information, and organizational data.&nbsp; Conduct HR audits and ensure employee&nbsp;and position data accuracy within HR systems.&nbsp; Analyze workforce data and prepare reports related to attendance, attrition, employee experience, and organizational trends.&nbsp; Support offboarding, exit interviews, employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.&nbsp; Provide coaching and guidance to leaders&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;employee matters, policies, and HR processes.&nbsp; Provide&nbsp;general guidance on benefits and leave programs and connect employees with&nbsp;appropriate resources.&nbsp; Participate in compliance activities, workforce planning, continuous improvement efforts, and other site HR initiatives.&nbsp; Administer the Arizona Bereavement Program and support shift differential administration.&nbsp; Perform other duties as assigned.&nbsp; You Bring&nbsp; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or related field desired.&nbsp; 0-3 years' experience in Human Resources as an HR Coordinator, Administrative Support professional, or related role; or a&nbsp;Master's Degree in Human Resources&nbsp;or another applicable field.&nbsp; Excellent Excel skills and proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills are&nbsp;required.&nbsp; Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong focus on employee data accuracy and integrity.&nbsp; Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to competing priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service.&nbsp; Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.&nbsp; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.&nbsp; Experience with HR systems, workforce reporting, employee data management, and administrative processes preferred.&nbsp; Experience supporting manufacturing, automotive,&nbsp;logistics, warehouse, or other large-scale operations environments preferred.&nbsp; Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering&nbsp;a positive&nbsp;employee experience.&nbsp; At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity
