The team focuses on helping clients confidently navigate Colorado’s challenging weather conditions through durable and trustworthy roofing solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the front range of CO. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new roofing and exterior service opportunities, conduct property visits, and perform initial assessments to understand client needs. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, explaining service options, preparing and presenting estimates, and following up to close sales. The Salesperson will collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure accurate job details, timely communication, and a seamless customer experience. The role also involves maintaining records in the CRM system, building relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents and real estate professionals, and representing Arrow Roofing & Exteriors at local events or networking opportunities. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and follow-up to close deals. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to explain roofing services clearly and build trust with diverse clients. Basic knowledge of construction or roofing concepts, or willingness to learn technical details of roofing and exterior work. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, appointments, and documentation efficiently. Comfort working on-site at residential and commercial properties, including outdoor inspections in varying weather conditions. Proficiency with common digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) for tracking leads, estimates, and client interactions. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally within the Longmont and greater Colorado area. Prior experience in sales, insurance, real estate, or home services is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
