Sensors retrofit onto machines a plant already owns, a dashboard the production manager reads in the morning, and an OEE/TRS number nobody argues about. 450+ factories in 30 countries. Head office in Paris, with offices in Chicago and Shenzhen. We are opening Turkiye, and we are looking for one or two independent agents who already know the plants in Bursa, Kocaeli and Izmir. WHAT YOU WOULD DO Work your existing relationships with production managers and plant directors in Bursa, Kocaeli-Gebze, Izmir and the surrounding OSBs. Install a demo kit on a prospect's machine • it takes an afternoon • and show them their real OEE. Run the first meetings; we join you on calls and on site for your first deals. Deliver a ranked account map and a short quarterly market note. WHAT WE PAY Commission of 25% off list on subscriptions and 15% off list on hardware, from day one. You keep 100% of your own installation and service revenue. We take nothing from it. 10% on subscription renewals, ongoing. A typical deployment is EUR 15,000 to 60,000 with a recurring subscription behind it, so one plant is a meaningful year. TRY 28,000 bonus on your first closed deal, and commission paid within 30 days of close. Our prices are in EUR, so the currency risk is not yours. MARKET-DEVELOPMENT FEE WHILE YOU RAMP Separately from commission, we pay a market-development fee of TRY 50,000 across your first three months, invoiced by your company against three deliverables: TRY 17,500 when you deliver a ranked map of 60 named plants in your territory with the production contact identified. TRY 10,000 when one of your engineers completes our technical certification. TRY 22,500 when you register your first deal. It is priced in EUR and paid in TRY at the rate on the invoice date, so inflation is our problem and not yours. Half of it is offset against the commission you earn in year one. This is a fee for defined work, not a salary • it is not meant to be your income, and we ask that you have other clients. WHAT WE GIVE YOU A named lead in your territory in your second week. Not a list • a plant and a contact. A loaner demo kit, shipped in week one. Technical certification, under 40 hours. An ROI calculator in TRY that produces a payback figure a plant manager can take to the investment committee. EUR 3,000 per year of co-marketing budget at 50% reimbursement. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A registered company with a tax number. We contract with companies, not individuals. At least one other client. We are not trying to be your only income. Real relationships inside industrial plants in the region. Sensors and automation, MES, lean consulting or industrial IT all work as a background. One person available for technical certification. Turkish, and working English. This is not a fit if you are looking for a salaried role, if you have no existing plant contacts, or if you want national exclusivity in the first year. First territories are non-exclusive and defined by named accounts. Exclusivity is earned on performance.
