# Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Role Overview Seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital. The role involves creating exceptional client experiences, building trust through compassionate service, managing appointments, handling multi-line phones, processing transactions, and providing information about services. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a team-focused environment where no two days are alike. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients and pets Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow Handle in-person and phone interactions efficiently Process payments accurately and maintain financial records Assist clients with service information and support Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1+ years of customer service or front-desk experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and veterinary practice management software (Ezyvet preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compassionate, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor Strong organizational and time management abilities Team player with a positive attitude Additional Details A full-time schedule with no weekends or on-call hours, offering a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, pet discounts, and uniform allowance.
