Child Care Lead Teacher Lead daily activities in a licensed early childhood program by planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic growth . Supervise children to ensure a safe, positive learning environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum. Mentor and support child care assistants. Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and program standards. Communicate regularly with families about classroom activities and child needs. Model core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in a mission-driven setting. Qualifications & Skills : Experience working with young children, strong classroom leadership and supervision skills, ability to mentor staff, commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, and effective family communication.
