Investor Relations Manager / Head

Depending on the experience and background of the successful candidate, this opportunity may be positioned as either Investor Relations Manager or Head of Investor Relations. Working closely with executive management, you will play a key role in communicating Odine's strategy, financial performance, and long-term value creation story. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Develop and execute Odine's Investor Relations strategy and annual roadmap. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and the investment community. Prepare and coordinate quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, annual reports, and other investor communication materials. Support executive management in preparing for investor meetings, analyst calls, roadshows, conferences, and other capital markets events. Prepare regular Investor Relations updates for the Board of Directors and the Corporate Governance Committee, covering investor feedback, shareholder structure, market perception, and regulatory developments. Advise senior leadership on investor feedback, market perception, shareholder expectations, and capital markets trends. Monitor analyst coverage, peer positioning, shareholder structure, and broader market developments, providing actionable insights to executive management. Develop and expand Odine's domestic and international institutional investor base and support initiatives aimed at increasing analyst coverage and market visibility. Coordinate disclosure processes and ensure timely, transparent, and compliant external communications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ESG-related disclosures are accurately reflected in investor communications and corporate reporting. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting quality, transparency, and investor engagement practices. Build effective working relationships across Finance, Strategy, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other business functions. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 7–12 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or other strategic finance functions. Experience working closely with executive leadership and engaging with external stakeholders, including investors and analysts. Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, corporate governance, and disclosure requirements. Relevant Capital Markets Board (CMB) licenses, including Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating licenses, are required. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business performance into clear and compelling investment messages. Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. A hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership of both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.
