Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Forex, CFDs & Crypto (Remote / Tashkent) Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (100% Remote) Company Overview: At Amillex , we are a fast-growing, innovative global multi-asset broker providing cutting-edge trading solutions in Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies. As part of our strategic expansion into the high-growth CIS market , we are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Tashkent to spearhead our regional growth. If you are a self-starter with a passion for financial markets, a natural relationship builder, and want the freedom of a 100% remote role reporting directly to our Sydney HQ , we want to hear from you. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), financial KOLs, affiliate networks, and local crypto communities across Uzbekistan and the wider CIS region. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for local partners, helping them understand Amillex’s unique value proposition, technology, and industry-leading rebate structures. Onboarding & Support: Guide new partners and high-net-worth (HNW) clients through the onboarding process, providing ongoing operational and promotional support to help them scale their networks. Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, crypto landscape dynamics, and competitor activities within the CIS region to feedback insights directly to the Sydney executive team. Local Representation: Attend local financial tech meetups, premium co-working networking events, and casual business meetups (when required) to build the Amillex brand presence in Tashkent. What We Are Looking For (Requirements): Trilingual Communication: Native or completely fluent in Uzbek and Russian (essential for local and CIS communication), with Professional/Fluent English. Experience Profile: Prior experience as a BDM or Account Manager in the FX/CFD/Crypto brokerage industry is highly preferred. No FX experience? No problem! We strongly welcome high-performing professionals from Traditional Banking, Wealth Management, B2B Fintech Sales, or Corporate Insurance who want to pivot into the lucrative global brokerage industry. Local Network: Existing connections with local retail traders, asset managers, crypto OTC/P2P merchants, or digital marketers in Uzbekistan is a major plus. Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable working within a digital-first ecosystem (Telegram, CRM systems, MT5/cTrader, and Zoom/Teams). Independence: A reliable self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment without needing micro-management. What We Offer (Benefits & Perks): Competitive Base Salary: Paid securely in USD. Industry-Leading Commission Structure: Generous performance bonuses tied to partner acquisitions and net deposit volumes. Uncapped earning potential. 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from home or your favorite premium Tashkent co-working space on your own schedule. Career Growth: Be the pioneer employee for Amillex in Central Asia, with the opportunity to build and lead your own regional team as the market expands.
