Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a growing global industry leader, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a highly visible role within the corporate finance team, offering the opportunity to support strategic decision-making while developing advanced financial models and analytics. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in traditional corporate FP&A along with excellent modeling and analytical skills. Experience leveraging modern analytical tools, automation, and AI to improve financial analysis and decision-making is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance, growth initiatives, investments, and strategic opportunities. Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying key drivers and trends. Partner with business leaders across the organization to provide financial insights and support strategic and operational decision-making. Prepare management reporting, KPI analysis, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. Perform scenario, sensitivity, and ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes through automation and technology. Leverage advanced analytical tools and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency, financial visibility, and quality of insights. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field. Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build models from the ground up. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large and complex data sets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. Experience with BI, visualization, or other advanced analytical tools is preferred. Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging financial technologies is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
