# Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - $29-49 per hour

Black Women's Mental Health Institute

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting with a focus on safety and quality. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care activities accurately. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license. Experience in Med Surg or similar clinical settings preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a fast-paced environment. Additional Details: This is a staff position offering a 12-hour day shift, with a workload of 36 hours per week, focused on delivering compassionate and efficient patient care.
