Full Job Description Position Title: Dry Cleaner/ Spotter Employee Type: Full-Time Location View Cleaners • Irvine,CA Dry Cleaner / Spotter • Luxury Garment Care Specialist Position Overview As a Luxury Garment Care Specialist at Dry Cleaner Spotter, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional fabric care for high-value and designer garments. This position requires advanced knowledge of textiles, expert stain removal skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. You will be entrusted with delicate, couture, and specialty items, ensuring each piece is treated with precision and returned in impeccable condition. Key Responsibilities Carefully inspect garments upon intake, identifying fabric composition, construction details, stains, and any pre-existing damage Determine and execute the most appropriate cleaning method for each item, including dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or specialized hand treatment Perform advanced stain removal using professional spotting techniques, with a deep understanding of fibers, dyes, and chemical interactions Handle luxury, designer, and delicate garments with the highest level of care and discretion Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines, wet cleaning systems, and finishing equipment to premium standards Expertly press, steam, and finish garments to achieve a flawless, retail-quality presentation Follow garment care labels, manufacturer guidelines, and internal best practices with precision Separate the clothes for the pressers for the appropriate store or route. Accurately tag, track, and organize garments to ensure zero errors in handling or delivery Maintain an immaculate, organized, and professional workspace that reflects a high-end service environment Adhere strictly to safety, sanitation, and proper chemical handling protocols Collaborate with team members to communicate special care instructions or client preferences Support preparation of garments for pickup or delivery, ensuring presentation aligns with luxury service expectations Perform additional duties as assigned by management What Sets This Role Apart Focus on premium and designer garments Emphasis on precision, craftsmanship, and garment longevity Commitment to delivering a white-glove customer experience Requirements Must have at least three years of experience in Dry Cleaning Spotting.
