Job Description In this role, you will be closely involved in different stages of the employee journey, from coordinating interviews and keeping candidates and interviewers aligned throughout the process to supporting new joiners during their onboarding and integration into the company. You will also take care of employee documentation and personnel files, making sure that records are accurate, up to date, and properly maintained. Alongside these responsibilities, you will support our internal communication efforts by helping coordinate company announcements, information sessions, and internal events, contributing to a smooth and well-organized employee experience.
