# Assistant Store Manager

🏪 Now Hiring: Convenience Store Assistant Manager – Denver, CO 💰 $38,043–$56,485 annually G&S Services is a 50+ year old, family-owned convenience store company based in Colorado — and we're looking for an Assistant Manager for one of our Denver locations. Many of our employees have been with us 10+ years, because we invest in real career growth, not just a job. The pay range above reflects hourly wages plus typical overtime and performance-based bonus potential, not a flat salary. What you'll do: Support daily store operations — cash control, security, checklists, vendor orders and deliveries Help maintain product quality, mix, and inventory levels to hit monthly targets Step into store manager responsibilities, including store-level decisions, when the manager isn't present Lead by example: show up, work hard, and set the tone for customer service Keep the store safe and running smoothly — including regular checks of the pumps, carwash, signage, and grounds Be a visible, trusted presence in the community What we're looking for: Retail, food service, or convenience store experience preferred Excellent customer service skills, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability Open availability — this is a hands-on role, minimum 40 hours/week, that may include nights, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) What we offer: Health, dental, life & disability coverage 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Quarterly and annual bonus potential, plus performance-based commissions Ready to grow your career with a company that's been part of Colorado for 50+ years?
