# Sales Director

Research Group

Responsibilities Own revenue, margin, and profitability for assigned segments, customers, and programs. Develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and pipeline strategies. Track performance and implement corrective actions to meet financial targets. Lead new business development and capture activities from opportunity identification through contract award. Provide accurate forecasts, account reviews, and strategic updates to senior leadership Analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs to define growth priorities. Develop go-to-market strategies for new platforms, upgrades, and lifecycle opportunities. Identify and prioritize strategic pursuits aligned with company capabilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred). 8+ years of Sales, New Business Development, and/or Account Management. 2+ years of Leadership or potential ability to manage a team in the future. Aerospace Industry experience is ideal. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
