Role: Registered Nurse for MedTele unit Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients. Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs closely. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Administer medications and respond to acute changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families regarding care and health management. Advocate for patient safety and uphold principles of diversity and inclusivity.
