Senior Software Engineer

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years of web-related project experience Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly Ability to work and contribute effectively in cross-functional teams Experience working in agile software development environments Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and disciplined Passion for learning new technologies and improving engineering practices Ability to work in English Technical Requirements Strong OOP/AOP experience and solid knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC and Web API Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs and distributed systems Experience with ORM frameworks such as Dapper or Entity Framework Experience with NoSQL technologies such as Redis or ElasticSearch Experience with RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL or MySQL Experience in database design, implementation, programming and tuning Experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka Good understanding of distributed, dynamic and static caching concepts Practical command of established solutions for cross-cutting concerns such as logging and caching, favoring proven libraries and platform capabilities over custom implementations Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, integration and unit testing, build processes and operations Strong knowledge of Git-based development workflows and source control management Experience with project tracking applications such as Jira Nice to Have Docker and Kubernetes knowledge Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Hands-on experience with tools such as Bitbucket, TeamCity, Octopus or Jenkins Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or Next.js AI-Driven Development We encourage modern engineering practices that leverage AI-assisted development to improve productivity and software quality. Use AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate day-to-day development Apply AI-assisted testing, documentation and code review practices Experiment with AI-powered development workflows and automation Follow responsible and secure AI usage practices throughout the software lifecycle What You Will Do Design, develop, test and deploy backend services and APIs for our digital products Take end-to-end ownership of features, from technical design to production Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Software Developers and Test Engineers to plan and deliver new solutions Contribute to architectural decisions and help keep systems scalable and maintainable Participate actively in code reviews and share knowledge with the team Investigate and resolve programming problems and production incidents, providing support when necessary Identify and implement permanent solutions for recurring technical problems Challenge existing architecture and processes with innovative ideas Support and mentor less experienced engineers
