📞 Customer Service Representative (4 positions available!) Location: Alpharetta, GA Schedule: Hybrid (4 Days In Office | 1 Day Remote) Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package Join a Growing Team Where Customer Experience Matters We're seeking a customer-focused, energetic, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alpharetta. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have experience managing high call volumes, resolving customer inquiries, and utilizing ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (or similar platforms), we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do ✅ Handle inbound customer calls and emails while delivering exceptional service ✅ Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests efficiently and professionally ✅ Create, track, and update customer cases using ServiceNow or similar ticket management software ✅ Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and ensure timely resolution ✅ Maintain accurate customer records and detailed interaction notes ✅ Meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance metrics ✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery ✅ Identify opportunities to enhance processes and the overall customer experience What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: 4+ years of customer service experience in a call center or contact center environment Strong phone communication and active listening skills Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Experience using ServiceNow , Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, or similar ticketing/customer support platforms Experience working within established KPIs, call metrics, and customer satisfaction goals Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred What's In It For You? 💰 Competitive base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 🎯 Performance-based bonus plan 🏠 Hybrid schedule with 1 work-from-home day each week 🏥 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 💼 401(k) with company match 🌴 Paid time off and company holidays 📈 Career growth and advancement opportunities 🤝 Supportive team-oriented culture Why Join Us?
