The Director of Rehabilitation / Director of Rehab / DOR serves as a resource to the multi-disciplinary therapy staff and collaborates with patients and families to implement rehabilitation plans. Jobs description: Full-time in a skilled nursing facility Provide skilled therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders. Oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients.
