We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking professional to join our brand team as a “Brand Manager,” responsible for our perfume brands. Job Description Develop strategies for marketing and sales activities, monitor industry trends, identify target consumers, and evaluate potential distribution channels, Manage the marketing budget, Represent the company at the highest level in both international and domestic meetings, Achieve sales budget and distribution targets based on brand and category, Develop new product launch plans, Develop sales support materials, Regularly visit distribution channels and customers to enhance customer satisfaction, Achieve sales targets and implement annual sales development plans, Prepare monthly reports on assigned brands, Organize various events and activities at sales points to support sales, Build strong relationships with the press and media, and organize PR events. General Qualifications A university degree in a relevant field, At least 5 years of experience in brand management (preferably in the cosmetics industry), Advanced proficiency in English, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Results-oriented with analytical thinking and organizational skills, Research-oriented and creative, Advanced communication and problem-solving skills, No restrictions on travel.
