Billing & Pricing Analyst – Entry Level Wilmington, DE | $50,000–$65,000 | Full-Time | On-Site A leading manufacturer is seeking an Entry-Level Billing & Pricing Analyst to join its Finance team in Wilmington, DE. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build experience across billing, pricing, financial analysis, customer programs, and cross-functional business operations . What You’ll Do Process and review daily customer invoices for accuracy Apply customer-specific pricing, contracts, promotions, discounts, and programs Process pricing adjustments, credits, and warranty-related transactions Research and resolve billing and pricing discrepancies Maintain customer, pricing, and sales data Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams Assist with reporting, process improvements, and special projects Use Excel and the JDE ERP system to analyze and maintain financial information What We’re Looking For Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of relevant experience; strong entry-level candidates will be considered Experience in AP/AR, billing, customer service, sales support, accounting, or financial analysis is helpful Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing or distribution experience and JDE/Oracle experience are a plus Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Wilmington, DE Compensation: $50,000–$65,000
