# Consumer & Auto Finance Analytics and Strategic Planning Supervisor

About the Job (Key Responsibilities): Setting up business units P&L, budget, and financial forecasts referring to Consumer Finance product activities in compliance with shareholders’ profit share structure Perform strategic studies and statistical analyses for Retail & Private Banking products structure sharing with Turkish and French shareholders Developing pricing strategies and managing AI/ML models to optimize income and risk for Cash& Auto Loans according to market rates patterns Data Management of the department, increasing the speed and depth of access to data and creating insights Supervise budget planning and ensure overall project coordination Collaborate with critical financial risk management departments such as Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), and Finance Required Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics New graduate or 1 year work experience in credit analytics, risk analysis, or financial planning Fluency in English, both written and spoken Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis tools Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset This role follows a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day working from home)
