Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Managements Systems Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, Solid knowledge of national regulatory requirements and compliance processes, Strong research, planning, and auditing skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset, Comfortable working actively both in field operations and office environments, Good command of English both speaking and listening Residing in Istanbul or Kocaeli, No military obligation for male candidates, Job Description Execute and monitor activities within the scope of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), deliver periodic trainings, and ensure timely completion of legal reporting through all systems, Fulfill yearly certification processes, Ensure full compliance of Integrated Management Systems with applicable local regulations and national legislation, Monitor and implement relevant company regulations, standards, and procedures; report non-conformities and drive continuous performance improvement, Conduct annual risk and opportunity assessments, develop and follow up on action plans, and contribute to Management Review activities, Fulfill change management process, periodic reviews and procedure development activities, Take an active role in internal and external audit processes, Support operational quality processes and production control activities, Monitor performance indicators aligned with Global Sustainability targets and fulfill annual data collection, validation, and reporting processes according to global frameworks.
