Position Overview The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for all facilities, grounds and vehicles. Here's What The Job Involves Respond to and complete facility maintenance work orders, including emergency requests as assigned. Conduct routine inspections of facilities, grounds, and vehicles to identify and address maintenance or safety concerns. Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs while maintaining clean, safe work areas. Assist with special events, organizational activities, and the pickup and storage of donated items. Track work orders, purchase necessary supplies and materials, and follow OSHA and workplace safety standards. Qualifications Qualifications: Applicants should have at minimum a high school diploma or GED Two (2) years experience in facility maintenance and/or construction required.
