To support our rapid growth in the Middle East, North Africa & Turkey, we are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Area Export Manager | MENAT . For this role, Ukrainian and English are key working languages , supporting effective collaboration with our international teams and business partners. If you are a hands-on commercial expert with deep knowledge of MENAT distributor networks, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in FMCG export sales — we’d love to connect! 🐾 📍 Location: Istanbul or Warsaw 💼 Model: B2B contract (preferred) 🗣️ Languages: Ukrainian and Advanced English (B2+ minimum) ✈️ Travel: Frequent regional travel required 🔑 Key Responsibilities Execute sales plans and systematically grow our business across assigned MENA markets. Identify, negotiate, and manage day-to-day business relationships with local distributors and key accounts. Expand our distribution network, coordinate product launches, and ensure strong shelf/market presence. Monitor market dynamics, sales results, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth business operations. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Solid experience in export sales and business development in the MENAT region (FMCG, pet food, or related industries) . Deep understanding of distributor-based business models and route-to-market strategies. Strong negotiation, analytical, and execution skills — you know how to turn plans into actual sales. A proactive, self-driven approach to finding new opportunities and closing deals.
