Ensuring necessary actions are taken in stores • Ensuring that the customer has the best in-store experience in buyback processes and refurbished device sales. Implementation of relevant strategies and actions within this scope in a complete and timely manner in stores • Following up on continuous improvement activities to reduce customer waiting times in refurbished device return and online & offline buyback processes. Reporting to the manager within the scope of developments on a monthly basis at the business partner process meetings • Managing reconciliation processes within the scope of refurbished device & buyback services, organizing correction activities by obtaining explanations from relevant stores in case of differences • Execution of tasks related to the management of refurbished devices & buyback services and refurbished device sales processes • Targeting, reporting and managing campaign processes within the scope of buyback services. Pricing, competition, sales targets, etc. Managing daily decisions, negotiations and actions on issues • Taking an active role in campaign management. Managing the relevant category budget (Sales, purchasing, stock, total income) • Taking full responsibility for business KPIs (sales, inventory, profitability, availability, etc.) • Ensuring availability in accordance with sales & stock budget.
