# Sales Representative – Energy Services

EarlyBird Power is hiring a Sales Representative to join our energy consulting team. We help businesses and institutions spend less, use less, and go green through electricity and natural gas procurement, renewable energy, and sustainability services. This is an opportunity to build a career in energy sales while working alongside experienced sales and procurement professionals. Training and ongoing support are provided. What you’ll do:
• Identify and contact prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Follow up with leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule introductory meetings.
• Work with our team to understand client needs, prepare proposals, and win new business.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and consistent follow-up.
• Develop client relationships and grow your own book of business. What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospective clients.
• Organization, persistence, and reliable follow-through.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work toward sales goals.
• An interest in energy, renewable energy, and sustainability.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred. Energy industry experience is not required. Compensation and benefits:
• Base salary.
• Commissions based on a percentage of revenue from your book of business.
• Health benefits.
• 401(k) with company matching.
• Training and opportunities to take on greater sales responsibility. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Milton, Massachusetts office.
