Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This position supports daily office operations by managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records and files. The role includes preparing and processing documents, handling mail and correspondence, and assisting with data entry into case management or tax-related systems. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate with tax professionals, follow up with clients, and ensure that information is accurately documented and easily accessible. This role also involves general clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and updating internal databases to help the office run efficiently. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support daily office operations, document management, and scheduling. Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling client calls, inquiries, and internal coordination. Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance or similar roles, including calendar management and support for leadership or case managers. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry skills. Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and reliability in managing confidential information. Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX and collaborate effectively in a small, client-focused team environment. Prior experience in a tax, legal, or financial services office is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in administration or office management are beneficial.
